Weekend Update: Nov. 25-27

The Christmas Carousel Holiday Gift Market is Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Graham Building. Admission covers all three days and is $8 for adults, $7 for senior and members of the military with ID and $4 for children ages 6 to 12. Children ages 5 and under are admitted free. This event features over 250 exhibitors offering crafts, jewelry, art, pottery and food.

Other events this weekend include:

The Raleigh Antiques Extravaganza is Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Exposition Center. Admission is $6.50 per day and $7.50 for a weekend pass. Check www.antextofnc.com for admission coupons. This event will feature exhibitors selling antiques and collectibles like Victorian furniture, fine china and period clothing.

The Turkey Circuit Quarter Horse Show is Saturday at 8 a.m. in the Hunt Horse Complex. Admission is free.

The Raleigh Flea Market is Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Commercial and Education building and surrounding grounds. Come explore the hundreds of booths filled with antiques, clothes and handcrafted goods this weekend.

Calling all N.C. State Fair Fans!

On Monday, Nov. 28 be sure to check out the N.C. State Fair’s Cyber Monday Sale. Beginning at 8 a.m. on we’ll be selling 500 admission tickets for the 2017 N.C. State Fair for just $5 each! They’re sure to sell quickly, so click here and set yourself an alert so you don’t miss out! Tickets are adult admission only and will be valid October 12-22, 2017.
