Hang out at the Fairgrounds with Dad
The Tar Heel Triple Classic Quarter Horse Show comes to the Hunt Horse Complex this weekend. Classes are offered in Western Pleasure, Trail, Walk Jog, Horsemanship, Reining, Ranch Riding and Western Riding with a Barrel class on Saturday only. Halter, Showmanship, English Walk Trot, Hunter Under Saddle and Equitation are also included June 15-17. This American Quarter Horse Show runs through June 27, with show times starting at 8 a.m. All events are free for spectators.
If you are still looking for a unique gift for dad, consider the Raleigh Flea Market, which is open Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Man Expo II
The Man Expo II, also known as the Triangle’s largest Man Cave, offers the latest in electronics, automotive, travel, gaming, fitness and health, grooming, gadgets. This event is Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Graham Building. Special VIP Session experience, which includes admission to Man Expo, is $35 available while tickets last for Saturday or Sunday. Great American Tiny House Show
The Great American Tiny House Show will feature the latest in tiny house living with tiny homes, container homes, modular homes and portable structures June 16 0 17 in the Hunt Horse Complex. Additional exhibits will include building equipment, tools, supplies, real estate brokers, accessories, travel destinations and recreational products. The event is open Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $15 at the door for age 13 and up, and $10 for military, veterans and seniors. www.greatamericantinyhouse.show.
96th North State Toy & Hobby Show
Antique to modern collectible toys, including diecast and plastic models, Star Wars, Hot Wheels, Yu-gi-oh, Lord of Rings, Sci-Fi toys, western toys and other collectibles for sale or trade will be on display at the 96th North State Toy & Hobby Show June 16 and 17 in the Scott Building. Event hours are Saturday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 each day with $7 weekend passes. Admission is free for age 15 and younger. www.insidepitchpromotions.com
