The Raleigh Kids Exchange Consignment Sale begins today and continues through Sunday in the Graham Building and Exposition Center. The event bills itself as “the ultimate recycle” and “the nation’s largest consignment event.” In the past few years the event has grown steadily, so expect to see a wide variety of items. Kids Exchange is designed to allow parents to come together to buy, sell and donate clothes, toys and other children’s items. Visitors who sign up to work at the Exchange get the chance to shop before everyone else.

The Raleigh Coin Club & Stamp Show is the largest event of its kind in North Carolina. It will be held Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the Scott Building. More than 120 vendors will be buying and selling coins, paper money, stamps, tokens and more. Visitors can also check out educational exhibits and have related items appraised.
Barrel racing is often described as one of the most exciting rodeo events, and this weekend visitors have the chance to see it live at the fairgrounds. The National Barrel Horse Association will host its annual N.C. State Barrel Racing Finals Friday through Sunday in the Hunt Horse Complex. The event will also feature food and a vendor fair.
The Raleigh Flea Market will be open as usual from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. From flowers to books to military surplus and more, you can find it all at the fairgrounds. An extensive list of products available is online here.
