The fairgrounds hosts N.C. State Wrestling in the Holshouser Building this weekend.

Wrestling, bull riders, an auto expo and a sports card show highlight the events at the fairgrounds this weekend. Check below for event details:

North Carolina International Auto Expo – Thursday- Sunday
Wake County New Vehicle Dealer Association presents the 29th annual international auto expo in the Graham Building and Exposition Center. More than 160,000 square feet of exhibit space featuring new production models and concept cars. Car, truck and sports utility vehicle manufacturers on display. Classic cars will be on display in Dorton Arena on Saturday and Sunday. Other special attractions include sheriff and highway patrol cars and race car displays. Hours are Thursday, noon to 9 p.m; Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission is $6 for adults, $5 for seniors over 60 and $4 for children ages 6 to 12. Carousel Farms American Bullriders Finals – Friday and Saturday
Carousel Farms presents American Bullriders Finals, Bullriding and Barrel Racing Finals at the Hunt Horse Complex. Doors open at 6 p.m. and event starts at 7:30 pm both night. Admission: $17 VIP reserved seating and $12 general admission. Children 5 and under  are admitted free. Call 919-872-6898 for ticket sales and information.

NCSU Collegiate Wrestling Competition – Friday
NC State Wrestling Team hosts Virginia Tech in ACC competition. Event starts at 7 p.m. in the Holshouser Building. N.C. State wrestling events are free and open to the public.

Sportscard and Sports Memorabilia – Friday through Sunday
Over 80 exhibitors will be buying, selling and trading vintage to new sportscards, memorabilia, NASCAR, and more on over 225 tables in the Scott Building. Huggins & Scott Auction House will be in attendance taking consignments for future auctions. Hours are Friday, 2 to 7 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5 daily or buy a weekend pass for $7. Free admission for ages 15 and under. Raleigh Flea Market – Saturday and Sunday
Raleigh Flea Market will be selling antiques, furniture, collectibles and more in the Commercial and Education buildings and outside grounds from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

NCSU Collegiate Wrestling Competition – Sunday
N.C. State Wrestling team hosts Missouri at 1 p.m. in the Holshouser Building. Wrestling events are free and open to the public.

On the blog I go by Fun House (AKA Heather Overton). At the Fair you'll find me checking out the blue ribbon winners or hanging out in Heritage Circle. It would be hard for me to pick a favorite part of the Fair, but I can tell you one thing I hate - leaving it on the last day. I can't wait for opening day!
