Weekend Update: Nov. 13-15

More than 125 vendors will be showcasing classic cars at the Carolina Collector Auto Fest. The event runs Friday through Sunday in the Dorton Arena, Graham Building and outside grounds. Celebrating it’s 28th year, this event features a car corral for buying and selling, and car and truck shows. Hours are Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.;  Saturday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $5 for the Swap-n-Shop on Friday, $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, military and students, $5 for ages 11 to 15, and free for 10 and under. Weekend Update: Nov. 16-18

Horses, Rollergirls and outdoors enthusiasts are all part of the lineup this weekend at the N.C. State Fairgrounds. Read on for more details. RMI Raleigh Benefit Hunter/Jumper Show Hunter and jumper competitions return to the Hunt Horse complex this week with the RMI Raleigh Benefit Hunter/Jumper Show. This nationally sanctioned event runs through Sunday with shows starting daily at 8 a.m. Saturday night, visitors can enjoy the Grand Prix at  7 p.m. All events are free for spectators.
