Weekend Update: June 8-10

The Exposition Center will be home to the Raleigh Money Expo, the biggest money show in the Carolinas, this weekend, June 8-10. At Raleigh Coin Club’s 45th annual coin, currency and stamp show, you can buy, sell and trade coins, paper money, stamps, gold, silver and more. There will also be free educational seminars and exhibits on Friday and Saturday, and a special “kids zone” with games and prizes. Weekend Update: June 24-26

Discover the Dinosaurs in the Expo Center

Visitors to the State Fairgrounds can travel back to prehistoric times via the Discover the Dinosaurs exhibit on Friday from noon to 9 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in the Graham Building. Weekend Update: June 26-28

Scaly critters and creepy crawlers invade the fairgrounds this weekend as Repticon hosts its Reptile and Exotic Animal Show in the Scott Building Saturday and Sunday. The convention will feature vendors from across the country, offering live animals, animal supplies and other related merchandise. Hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
