Weekend Update: March 14-16

Quilters will assemble at the Scott Building for the Vintage View Quilt Show this weekend. More than 400 quilts will be on display. The three-day show will include judged quilts (submitted prior to the show), themed exhibits and 40 vendors who will offer quilt tools, patterns, notions, fabrics and machines geared to the casual or dedicated quilter and sewer. Hours are Friday and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Admission is $5. Weekend Update: March 16-18

The convoy is lining up and moving in at the N.C. State Fairgrounds this weekend for the 23rd annual N.C. RV & Camping Show. We’ll also have a Hunter Jumper show in the Hunt Horse Complex and a bead show in the Scott Building.
