Weekend Update: Flea Market, Kennel Club Dog Show, Antique Extravaganza, Fiberfest and more

  Come celebrate the first weekend of spring at the fairgrounds. We’ve got a variety of events: The Raleigh Flea Market is Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Commercial and Education buildings and surrounding grounds. Come explore the hundreds of booths filled with antiques, clothes and handcrafted goods this weekend. Weekend Update: March 25-27

Hop on out to the fairgrounds this weekend. We’ve got a basket-full of events! Events include two church services for Easter Sunday. Calvary Chapel Cary will hold their annual Easter Celebration in Dorton Arena on Sunday. Church service starts at 10 a.m. and concludes at noon. Everyone is invited to attend. Admission is free. Weekend Update: March 21-23

Enjoy the first weekend of Spring with a visit to the Raleigh Flea Market or one of the other events at the N.C. State Fairgrounds this weekend. The Raleigh Flea Market will be open Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with hundreds of vendors offering a variety of goods and services in the Commercial and Education buildings and the outside grounds. Weekend Update: March 23-25

Spring has sprung, which means it must be time for the Kennel Club Dog Show. The Championship Purebred AKC event started yesterday and will continue through Sunday. Area kennel clubs will host daily dog shows, obedience and rally trials. Shows will run in the Graham Building from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m each day. Admission is $5 for adults and $2 for children ages 7-12. Senior citizens and children under 7 are admitted free.
