Weekend Update: Dinosaurs: Time Trek, India Fest, Puppapalooza and more

Puppies and cats and dinosaurs? Oh my! It’s that kind of weekend at the fairgrounds where there’s something for everyone. Visitors to the State Fairgrounds can travel back to prehistoric times with the Dinosaurs: Time Trek exhibit on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Graham Building. This event will feature a life-like interactive dinosaur exhibit as well as activities such as Design-A-Dino, Prehistoric Poop and Race Through Time Labyrinth. Weekend Update: Feb. 17-19

Calling all auto aficionados. The North Carolina International Auto Expo starts Thursday in the Graham Building, Exposition Center and Dorton Arena. The 30th annual expo, presented by the Wake County New Vehicle Dealer Association, includes new production models and concept cars with car, truck and sports utility vehicle manufacturers on display. Fall in love with your car all over again at the Classic Car Display in Dorton Arena on Saturday and Sunday.
