We’ve got a variety of events: The Raleigh Flea Market is Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Commercial and Education buildings and surrounding grounds. Come explore the hundreds of booths filled with antiques, clothes and handcrafted goods this weekend. Weekend Update: June 17-19

The State Fairgrounds will be filled with classic cars, toys and miscellaneous treasures this weekend. Upcoming events include: The Raleigh Classic Car Auction is Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Graham Building and the Exposition Center. Adult admission is $10 per day or $15 for a two-day pass; admission for children 12 and under is $5 per day or $7 for a two-day pass. Weekend Update: Feb. 26-28

This weekend at the fairgrounds is bound to be a knock out. Dorton Arena will host wrestling and boxing this week. Big Time Wrestling takes over Dorton Arena on Friday and features Omega championship wrestling. The event includes steel cage matches, heavyweight championship and a lifetime achievement award will be presented to The Boogie Woogie Man, Jimmy Valiant. The fairgrounds will be full of vintage, classic and antique collectibles this weekend with everything from classic cars to ancient coins. If you like your belongings to have a little history, then make sure you stop by for one of these wonderful events: The Carolina Collector Auto Fest will cover the south side of the fairgrounds, including Dorton Arena, Graham Building and Expo Center. Weekend Update: July 22-24

Anyone interested in antiques should check out two great events at the fairgrounds this weekend. The Bead Mercantile Show will be held in Scott Building on Saturday and Sunday. The events will feature vendors from all over the country selling beads and bead-related items. In addition, there will be workshops on bead-related topics and crafts.
