While making room for our new Fair intern, Paul, to start next week, we unearthed a pile of T-shirts left over from a few years ago. Each year, the T-shirt has a different look to reflect that year’s theme, logo and design. For a long time, they were just a solid color t-shirt (most often white) with the logo printed on it.
The 2007 Fair saw the debut of the very popular tie-dye T-shirt. Not for shrinking violets, these neon yellow and green tees reflected the “Seriously Twisted Fun” theme in more ways than one. You can also spot the roller coaster logo on the front. We’ve spotted Fair visitors in these shirts for the past two years, and we’ve even seen them at totally unrelated Fair events out and about in Raleigh.

We’re giving some of these “vintage” 2007 T-shirts away on Twitter and Facebook today. Join us for the contest by becoming a friend or follower, where you’ll stay up-to-date on all the behind-the-scenes info we post to these sites.
