Local Chefs take on the Got to Be NC Pavilion Chef Stage

The Got to Be NC Pavilion, located inside Dorton Arena at the N.C. State Fair, features many local products, merchandise, and chefs! This year, the lineup of chefs is top tier and sure to feature many delicious recipes. Each chef is challenged to cook with local products, including rice, pork, beef and more.

At the start of each demonstration, four lucky audience members will be chosen to come up and sit at the Chef’s Table. Not only will these individuals have a front row seat to the action, but they will also get to sample the dish once the demonstration is over and experience an NC Wine tasting with each dish. Food and Travel Writer Heidi Bilotto, with HeidiBilottoFoods.com, will be hosting these daily demonstrations.

With demonstration times nearly every day of the fair, Oct. 17-27th, there are plenty of opportunities for you and your friends to get in on the action. Who knows…you might even be one of the lucky few to sit at the Chef’s Table and learn a new dish for the family! Check out the full lineup below.
